ABSTRACT
The project focused on the role of discipline in enhancing the ministerial growth. The examination of the influence of discipline on the performance of the Ministry and its frequent evaluation.
Both the primary and secondary data were used to analyze the data based on the analysis the study revealed that the disciplinary measures taking by the permanent secretary Ministry for Local Government Affairs contributed immensely
to the growth of the ministry. The study recommends that the ministry should maintain the quality of its services and also make recommendations based on the needs for both government and public. In order to have a successful of service delivering employed skillful for the achievements of its goals and objectives.
