This project (light Dimmer Switch) is base on adjusting the voltage which gets to the lamp. The project use an alternating current as an input at the rate 240v from the socket outlet. The circuit is mainly used to control the desired brightness of the lamp of 100watts, by limiting the flow of current through the lamp by their equivalent resistance, which the capacitor used to store same charges when the variable resistor is varied. The project dimmer switch can be used in so many places.
