The study the perception of Student towards
study of office technology and management using descriptive survey research
design. The populations of the respondents were 100. The instrument used for
data collection was questionnaire, the questionnaire was subject to validation
and the mean statistical tool was used to analyze the data collected. The
analysis of the data revealed that the university students has a positive
perception towards studying of office technology and management, that there are
some factors affecting effective teaching and learning of office technology
management, and there are some problems encountered by secretarial educators in
utilizing ICT facilities in teaching and learning of office technology
management.
