The work looked at how social media predispose adolescents to different social vices and maladaptive behaviours. The study rose as a result of the widespread of social media and how adolescents use this platform. There has also been a sudden increase in juvenile delinquency, especially in the last few decades that social media became a house hold name. Hence, this study investigated how social media influence or contribute to juvenile delinquency.
