ABSTRACT 
The study examined the resource control agitation and political stability in Nigeria: a case study of south south Nigeria. It explained the concepts and dynamics of the resource control agitation and political stability in Nigeria. The related literatures were reviewed 
and Rawls Theory of justice was employed at course of the research. Study made use of secondary sources of data bring to an end, the agitation, for the interest of the whole Nigeria and her international study of south south Nigeria.
