This study is concerned with the female enrolment at the junior secondary school levels in Nigeria. In writing this project, the approach has been to

determine the trend in female enrolment at the junior secondary school level by the geo - political zones. This research work is organized into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the introduction of the study. In this chapter, the background information is provided, objective of the study is outlined and the significance of the study, research question, scope/purpose of the study, statement of the problem and definition of terms are also stated. The second chapter deals with the review of literature at the junior secondary education in Nigeria. The reviews include journals and comments on the subject under study. The third chapter deals with Data Base Appraisal of the prevailing situation concerning the subject matter.
The fourth chapter is on discussion of results. Here, all relevant information obtained in the course of this study are presented and analyzed in an orderly manner, the multifactor experiments between the males and females for the stated period of years using the SPSS. F inal ly, chapter five summanzes the finding of the study, makes recommendation and draw conclusions from the findings of the study
