ABSTRACT
The major thrust of this work is to arise the role of modern technology in enhancing communication efficiency in Nigeria; a study of Globacom Kaduna; Kaduna state. This work is divided into five chapters, using the survey method, a quantitative tool of data analysis. This work is aimed at knowing what modern technology entails and the various roles to which its plays in enhancing communication efficiency among people and societies. This work also helps Globacom company to know their roles in achieving communication among their various customers, and the need to see how well they were able to meet the needs of their customers through the use of questionnaire that was conducted. Many literary works and concept were reviewed. The questionnaire approach was also employed to ensure that various shades of opinion about the subject of the research were obtained. This therefore is a research work that breaks down the role of modern technology in enhancing communication efficiency with particular reference on Globacom Kaduna, Kaduna state.
