This is the purpose which this study seeks to bring to fore. With particular reference to the billing system of NETEL Enugu, the researcher wishes to show how the computerization of the system has facilitated customer identification, customer billing, vetting and bills distribution in such an efficient manage by which customer service have tremendously improved in the light of productivity and profitability.
