THE APPLICATION OF PUBLIC RELATION STRATEGY IN BANKING SECTOR (A CASE STUDY OF UBA BANK OKPARA AVENUE)
2.OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
a.to know how the public relation programmes of UBA is able to win public (customer and  posterities buyers) good will and confidence for the organisation ) 
b.to know whether the head of public relation department belongs to the management.
c.whether the unabank has a poor public relation image.
3.SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY
a,it is very important for an organisation to takes a critical look into its operation to feel the pulse of  it its various publics.
Ban organization should monitor and possibly diagnose public opinion . to do this effectively, the public relation department of such as organisation by nature of its work is assigned to do it.
Csources of data : is the primary and secondary data
Primary data being the original data and secondary being the already use ones.
Dmethod of data collection / research instrument in order to collect relevant data from the respondent, the research used questionnaire and interview guide as his research instruments.
Emethod of data analysis
After all the relevant data were collected,  the researcher used table,  percentages and chi-square in testing the hypothesis.
Fscope of study: the scope o this study in UBA okpara Avenue 
Gplan for literature review
The researcher ere will conduct library research on text books journal, magazines other publication related topic to the one under study.
