ABSTRACT

This research paper highlights the intersection of the law on the two broad widely applied and international recognized doctrines, the doctrine of Rule of Law and doctrine of Checks and Balances, the analysis is based on the Doctrine of Rule of Law in Uganda in line with the sister doctrine of separation of powers, the doctrine of checks and Balance in the governance of the Ugandan Government.
