ABSTRACT The study was respectfully engagement and high quality connections. a case of restaurant workers in Kampala. The general objective of the study was to examine the relationship between respectful engagement and high quality connections a case of restaurant workers in Kampala. In order to understand the study aims, three objectives were developed and these focused particularly on: - (i) To assess the level of respectful engagement among restaurant workers (ii) To assess the level of high quality connections among restaurant workers in Kampala (iii) To examine the relationship between respectful engagement and high quality connections among restaurant workers in Kampala. The study adopted across sectional design using a quantitative approach which adopted a questionnaire tool comprising of questions which were distributed to 100 respondents to the entire population of study. Based on the results obtained indicated respectful engagement at work has a greater implications on employees connections at work .the tool used for data collection was questionnaire, Ethical Consideration, Document Analysis. Data source were primary data and secondary data. The findings can prove basing on the following; researcher examined the relationship between respectful engagement and high quality connections among restaurant workers and found out that there was a positive relationship between the two variables that’s to say the absence of one variable can lead to negative outcomes on the performance of the orgarnisation hence the study of different restaurants around Kampala.
