This proposal is a testimony that Nigeria and Africa at large can be independent in rice production and grow her economy to a higher level within few years.
Many Nigerians feed on foreign rice and importation of rice and that really crippled production of rice in large scale. The power of the current President of Nigeria, President Mohammed Buhari in closing borders to encourage large production of rice has proven a point that we in Africa can also produce as many Nigerians feed on local rice in diver way, that looks exactly like foreign rice.
