ABSTRACT

to sustain them with employment environment in the future but also gain experience in the
domain and this concern the level five students have to conduct the internship attachment and

Then, it is in these views that as an undergraduate student in level five, management department
I have carried out my internship at RRA Head Office located in Kimihurura sector, gasabo
district and city of Kigali, it is lying between National Electoral Commission in its right and
Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in its left side. This internship was lasted for four weeks
from 022nd June, 2015 to 22nd July, 2015, allowed me to bring together the class theory with
practice in order to introduce myself to a professional life I carried out my internship, in
Domestic taxes department, specifically in Small and Medium Taxpayer office, in Tin
registration and block management, filling, and auditing division. The objective of this internship
was to acquaint myself to the operations carried out in these services.
Additionally, I’ve learn on how office documents are entered in the system and how are
classified so that it easy to get them back. I have been performed three main activities; the first is
to check various documents of Taxpayer and make classification through filling or
documentation. The second activity I’ve give Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN), I have
suggested the taxpayer the way to register and deregister for the company and I have written
various acceptance letter for their deregistration application. The third activity was to conduct
the desk Audit, the Audit conduct in the office by checking the document of the company
supposed to be audited to see its accuracy.
In fact this internship report provides information on the background, mission, vision, objectives,
moderates, location, and taxes procedures of RRA. Therefore this internship report can act as a
source of information for anybody who wants to get information concerning RRA institution.
In conducting this internship, I have used scientific methods to collect information about the
institution.

These include participatory approach, observation, direct interviews and documentation as
methods to achieve the stated objectives. It is upon these methods and data collected, that
conclusions and recommendations were based.
Concisely we have minded that the internship also is set to prepare the students to get global
picture on how job are done from the view point of the field. It has crucial importance in
accordance with real and professional applications of the concerned principles and techniques.
In this course the trainee makes an assessment on the organization under study and in the
addition, the study and ultimate report by the student, generates greater implication to the
organization and the accomplishment of University studies in Bachelor of Business Administration.
