ABSTRACT
This project lays emphasis on the contribution a computerized property management system in Enugu North Local Government Area and how the computer can be programmed to record property management system and computations so as to eliminate the abuse and fraudulent activities associated with manual methods of property management system. The study of this project is to design a new system that will be more efficient and will provide timely information and a special data input or enquiry. The aim and objective of this research study and the analysis of the existing property management system is to 
1. Ascertain whether the existing system is adequate.
2. To provide accurate and useful information by designing a new system
3. Highlight inadequate, ways through which computer application can minimize established problems.
4. To design effective alternative and effective system to cater for the specified tasks. This is equally concerned with the design of a computerized property management system to replace the old manual system that is time consuming, prone to errors and has many loophole that encourage dishonesty or fraud. Based on the findings and analysis of data.
