Aim: “Study in recruitment and selection process”
Theory: In today’s rapidly changing business environment human capital has a very vital role. To beat the competition it is necessary for every corporate to have best of the talents for their execution. Naturally, as a result a well defined recruitment policy is necessary for organization to avoid the hurdles in recruitment process. A clear and concise recruitment policy helps to insure a sound recruitment process.
If there occurs problem in recruitment process that means there are definitely hurdles in selection process. This project throws a light on hurdles in recruitment and selection process. Primarily this project gives us brief idea about the recruitment and selection process and there hurdles.
Towards the conclusion. This project ends with conclusion for entire study and research and with suggestions.

•    To know the employee satisfaction level viz a viz recruitment & selection process at Evershine Oleochem Ltd Roorkee.


LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

•    Data collection was not easy because most of the employees were newly recruited they were not having sufficient time.

•    Less number of employees.

•    Time was the major constraint because the numbers of employees were less than the work load so the employees use to be always busy.

•    The accuracy of indications given by the respondents may not be considered adequate.

•    Duration of project was less.
