This work examined the impact of adequate corporate governance on organizational growth with particular reference to the Intercontinental Bank Plc, Uyo. To achieve this purpose, four research questions and three research hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A structured questionnaire was used as the main instrument for data collection from 20 personnel of the Bank. The data collected from the respondents were analyzed using percentage and chi-square (X2) statistical tool. All tests were carried out at 0.05 level of significance.
