ABSTRACT
In this work, centered on the role of strategic planning on the growth of business what planning is all about s a point of the most fundamental management process which seeks to set in advance purpose and objectives to actualize a stated goals.  However, strategic planning is as a stool for effective need in plotting direction of a company that is why strategic planning itself cannot for tell exactly how the market will evolve and what issues will surface in the coming days in order to plan your organizational strategy. For organization to survive the turbulent business climate that brought the need of this finding on Nigeria Bottling Company plc which enable them to know that strategic planning aims at finding now company competed successfully within its environments, with comparative competition advantages necessary for condition it was this task of national development that force Nigeria to seek ways for individual growth which also comes Nigeria policy makes them to place task of industrialization on the shoulders of the manufacturing sector which attracted some sector to observe bedevil by unsteady and less oriented production. Many blamed Nigeria social political and economic environment and other haphazard applicable of some management ideas and philosophies. That is why the researcher related that Nigerian Bottling Company Plc Enugu generally try to plan, organize and control the resource of their firm.  Management also focused on keeping the organisation alive today by using well enough its resources available in the short run well as getting people to do the right selected objectives in order to accomplish their vision. This work will exray the method of data collection, population size, sampling methods and sampling size, questionnaires and the statistical tool for data analysis. Also data on the role of strategic planning would be prevented and analyzed as it concern Nigeria Bottling Company plc Ngwo 9th Mile Enugu. It will show case finding based in the investigations and research.  Recommendations have also been made on the various ways of improving and adopting the need of the role of strategic planning on the growth of business organization just as an overriding objectives are usually what can be done to achieve rapid growth.
